Ms. K’S Pralines is family owned and locally operated in Metairie, Louisiana. It is only 10 minutes away from downtown New Orleans and sits just behind Lakeside Mall.
Ms. K’s has been established since the early 2000’s and has been serving the New Orleans metropolitan region and its surrounding areas for over 15 years . Following Hurricane Katrina, Ms. K relocated to Houston, Texas where she successfully expanded her market.
By popular demand, Ms. K’s Pralines returned to the greater New Orleans area in 2009. Since then, Ms. K further expanded and her pralines can also be found in many local gas stations and grocery/retail stores while she continues to serve a steadily growing Texas clientele.
Stemming from a unique mixture of recipes that have been passed down coupled with trial and error, Ms. K has mastered a praline recipe that draws customers from near and far. As many have already attested, Ms. K serves a praline with a sweet aroma and authentically savory taste but most importantly – “it’s good to the last bite”!
Ms. K’s pralines are hand made and hand scooped daily to ensure ultimate freshness. Such mastery can be witnessed inside the store from open to close.
In addition to Ms. K’s delicious pralines, other delicacies including pecan pie, sweet potato pie, praline brownies and praline muffins are also sold in the store daily.
